How To Register and Login to cfxGenie
Step-by-Step instructions on how to get started with cfxGenie
The following procedure explains step by step instructions on how to register and get started with cfxGenie.
Step 1: Registration
1. Access the cfxGenie registration link to register trial workspace. A workspace allows you to access various CloudFabrix apps you are provisioned and cfxGenie is default app you will see once you register and login.
Click 'Create New Workspace and Register'. This takes you to the new Registration Page. If you already have an account, click on Login page or the URL sent by CloudFabrix team after registration is completed which is specific to your account.
Step 2: Create New Workspace
2a. Enter workspace name.
Note: Workspace name is a unique name across CloudFabrix SaaS platform. Hence, if it is already registered either for cfxGenie app or another CloudFabrix provided product apps, then a warning will be shown. In case of error with 'name already exists', chose a different workspace name to continue with new workspace name registration.
Note: Once workspace is created, you cannot change the workspace name.
2b. Click on 'Go to Registration' takes you the registration page as shown. Enter the details. Please note that once you registered with your email, it does not allow to register to use same email again.
Note: Only business emails are allowed and non business emails will be rejected as part of registration process.
2c. Once all details are entered as shown above, click on 'Register'. You will be navigated to the confirmation page as shown below. An email will be sent to validate the identity.
Step 3: Confirm Email
3a. A verification email will be sent to you using business email that was provided during registration and you need to confirm the email as shown below. Access your email.
Note: In case of any filters added to your email server/client, please check the verification email in your spam folder.
3b) Once you click on 'Confirm Your Email', application confirms your request and prompts you to enter new password for your workspace.
3c) Once password is changed, you can login to the workspace.
An email will be sent to you confirming your workspace URL. A sample email is as shown below.
Step 4: Login
4a. Click on 'Access Your Workspace' or access the workspace URL. A sample login screen is as shown.
4b. After verifying your credentials successfully, application will navigate you to your workspace home page as shown below:
Note: In cfxGenie application workspace, the left side menu functionality like Users, Resources, Activities, White label, etc. may not be available.
You can now click on 'cfxGenie' app/icon to go to user home screen.
