How to apply filters?
Filters are available to drill down the displayed results. They appear at the top of Incident Quadrant and Incident Analysis as displayed.

How to apply a filter?
At Property, click on 'X' to navigate to the available properties for selection.
The following options are available - Equals, Not Equals, Contains, Does Not Contain, Starts With, Does Not Start With, Value Is In The Specific List, Value Is Not In The Specified List, Is Empty, Is Not Empty.
Enter a Value
Display Label - Allows to give a label to the filter.
Add allows to apply the filter and filter the results based on selected criteria (combination of property, operation and value).
As example, let us filter values to display only a particular cluster name. Cluster Names are added at job level as otherwise, the system defaults to Cluster 1, Cluster 2 and so on.

How to Save Filters?
You can save filters for later use. The following procedure shows how to save and how to use saved filters.
Enter filtering criteria and click on save current filters as shown below.

2. Enter a name so that the filters can be easily distinguishable.
How to Access Saved Filters?
Click on saved filters as shown below.

It displays existing filters as shown below.

You can click on 'Apply' to apply saved filter on the content (incidents).
Note: Share option is not available in cfxGenie. It allows to share saved filters with other team members.
You can 'Delete' to delete currently saved filter.
How to Access Recently Used Filters?
Filtering has an option to access recently used filters and apply the filter. The following screen displays on how to access.

Click on 'Recently Used Filters' to display recently applied filters as shown.

Click 'Apply' to apply any of the recently used filters.
