Incident Quadrants
Features of cfxGenie - Incident Quadrants / Incident Zoning
There are two main areas where Incident analysis are displayed - Incident Quadrants and Incident Analysis.
Incident Quadrants, which displays the incidents analysis using Zoning. Zoning is clustering of incidents and dividing into 4 Zones as depicted below. The zones helps the user to find the incidents that requires attention and also gives recommended CloudFabrix products.

The following reports are available for Incident Quadrants.
a) Incident Zoning: Incident zoning provides a visual representation of the tickets that got grouped by clusters across 4 quadrants.
The clusters are distributed by their average mean time to repair in the X-axis and their frequency of occurrence. In the middle of the X-Axis is the acceptable Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) for your organization provided for this incident analysis.
The following screens shows incidents zoning MTTR Vs Frequency of Occurrence.

b) The following shows Zone wise summary

The Zone Summary breaks down the incidents in 4 zones:
Zone 1 (Safe zone)
Zone 2 (RCA Challenges)
Zone 3 (Alert Noise)
Zone 4 (Danger)
Zone 1 (Safe zone) - This zone has low MTTR and low frequency of incidents.
Zone 2 (RCA Challenges) - Zone where the incidents have high MTTR (mean time to repair) but low frequency. This means that the incident takes a long time to resolve, finding root cause analysis could be the issue.
Zone 3 (Alert Noise) - this zone has low MTTR but high frequency. This zone has a lot of transient alerts/incidents. Zone 4 (Danger) - Zone that has high MTTR and high frequency, this could be the most troublesome zone. The idea is to bring all the incidents into the safe zone.
Zone 4 (Danger) - Zone that has high MTTR and high frequency, this could be the most troublesome zone. The idea is to bring all the incidents into the safe zone.
